Young Mother Takes Steps To Ensure Her Nicotine Addiction Will Not Be Allowed
To Harm Her Children

As readers of this website will know, the evidence for E-cigarettes being an effective substitute to smoking tobacco based cigarettes, whilst clearly being of benefit due to the lack of the carcinogenic properties in standard cigarettes; has still to be found.

However there is no doubt that plenty of anecdotal evidence exists from those who have been able to stop tobacco smoking altogether, due to the transfer to E-cigarettes.

One such person goes by the name of Seh - Rue – Leah (@CaeruleanSea on Twitter).

The 34 yr old mother of 3 children has produced a heartfelt, brave and honest video explaining why she switched to ‘vaping’ as opposed to smoking.

Her written introduction to her video entitled ‘My Story. Smoking to Vaping’ which she made last year, reads:

“Along with many others, I am sharing my story of how I got into smoking, how I tried to stop and why I got into vaping as a far more pleasant and tasty alternative.”

Chris Ingram, editor of Unionsafety commented:

“The controversy over the safety of E-cigarettes continues partly due to the lack of true scientific knowledge of the health risks or otherwise of the product, the way in which it is being promoted; the sub-culture of ‘vaping’ and the fact that children are being sold the product due to there being no regulation or standardised quality control of the product.

That said, there is no doubt that for those seriously motivated to give up tobacco smoking and therefore exposure to the 400 carcinogens found in standard cigarettes; E-cigs can be truly life changing.

This video from Seh - Rue – Leah on YouTube is a truly inspiring video and well worth watching by both those in favour of the use of electronic cigarettes, those against and the sceptics.”

He concluded by saying:

“The video shows with the right motivation and lack of self-deceit over nicotine addiction, E-cigs can be a true alternative, despite the lack of scientific knowledge of possible health risks in using liquid nicotine, and the efficacy from brand to brand.”
